2008 Essex Heritage Photography Contest

Photographers, Get Snapping!

All amateur photographers are invited to submit images that capture
the essence of an Essex Heritage experience and/or speak to Essex
Heritage's role in preserving and promoting the rocky coasts and harbors, farms
and forests, historic districts, rivers and marshes of Essex County.
Images must have been taken in the Essex National Heritage Area, and fall
into one of three categories:

• A Winter Wonderland
  Photographs submitted to this category should be representative of a unique winterscape of our region or image captured during winter 2007-08.
• On the Trail
  Photographs submitted to this category should be somehow representative of the region’s vast network of trails and hiking experiences.
• A Trails & Sails Experience
  Photographs submitted to this category must have been taken during Trails & Sails Weekend (Sept. 26 – 28, 2008) and represent the spirit of this event.

Deadline for submission is October 1, 2008

All photos must have been captured between November 10, 2007 and
October 1, 2008 to be eligible.
